Polyurethane testing holds...

...almost ready to be manipulated.

There are 3 different hardeners used.

pretty light, 935g

in Ultramarine Blue color, freshly out of the mold.

is going to get a nice silicone treatment...

Sloper hold with the Chao logo...

yet another new hold, yet another red one, yet another hollow backed one, but this one is the very first one with the Chao logo on...

The Big ones...being pulled

chalked and squeezed on a local boulder wall.

2 of them, the black and the white one, are already in use on our local boulder wall...



still needs to be sanded...

1280 g,  pretty much shaved off the weight, without void space would add 1020 g more...

poured a hollow back pinch-sloper hold, it is resin...check it out on the photos.

It was interesting to make both molds, the outer mold, and the plug mold...
